Conditioning and Injury Prevention 

 

SportPlus strongly encourages athletes to improve their basic conditioning and athletic ability by taking part in weekly conditioning and/or PowerABC sessions on Saturdays.  ABC stands for agility, balance and coordination. 

 

These sessions also greatly reduce the risk of injury.
